BIOGRAPHY
Mindy Schwab joined Lynch Thompson in 2014. She represents businesses and individuals in complex disputes in state and federal courts, handling matters from pre-suit strategy through trial and appeal. Mindy has experience in bench and jury trials, mediations and arbitrations, including a 13-day FINRA arbitration that resulted in a $11 Million award for the client.
Known for strong writing and thoughtful strategy, Mindy enjoys digging into complex issues, developing creative solutions and building compelling narratives that resonate with judges, arbitrators and opponents. Mindy prefers a steady, collaborative style and focuses on delivering clear, persuasive advocacy at every stage.
Before joining Lynch Thompson, Mindy worked in-house for a family of real estate companies, an experience that continues to shape a practical, business-first approach to litigation.
When not litigating, Mindy enjoys spending time with her twin daughters, boxing, and biking or running around the city and on the Lakefront Trail.
