BIOGRAPHY
Mindy joined the Lynch Thompson team in 2014 as an Associate Attorney. Previously, Mindy served as lead counsel for a family of real estate companies for four years - a position through which she gained experience in managing and directly handling a broad range of transactional and litigation matters. It was through that job that she met Dan Lynch and Amy Kanarowski who served as her employer's outside litigation counsel. Once Mindy decided to transition her career to focus solely on litigation, she connected with Dan and Amy.
Mindy brings to Lynch Thompson her business and real estate background and has gained experience in all aspects of litigation in a wide variety of subject matters. Mindy has been involved with two three-week jury trials, and has also participated in arbitrations and mediations, including a 13-day FINRA arbitration that resulted in an $11 Million award for the client.
When not litigating, Mindy enjoys spending time with her twin daughters, boxing, practicing yoga, and riding her bicycle around the city.
